Younger Gamers To Get KidzPLAY Range At E3
June 11, 2013 | Madagasca | One Comment
We can’t deny that E3 this year is and has been all about the next-gen consoles. However, we shouldn’t overlook the fact that the PS3 is still going strong and will be getting more love for a few years to come.
Accessories 4 Technology, whom own the well-known UK based PS3 accessories brand 4Gamers; and of course are an Official PlayStation accessories developer, will be making a huge announcement at E3. One point to note though is that the announcment is geared towards a more younger generation of gamer. As a parent, I think that this announcement is massive! My daughter is 6 (going on 7), and she loves gaming. Throw on a copy of LittleBigPlanet Karting, Hamsterball, Wonderbook, or PS Move’s Start The Party on and she’ll be hooked on it for hours – of course, as a parent I have to limit the amount of time she spends on our beloved console for many reasons.
So, back to A4T. We all love to play games, especially the younger generation – and this is where Accessories 4 Technology comes in. They have developed some awesome PS3 accessories which are aimed at young gamers. This new range is going to be called KidzPLAY.
So, Who Wants A LittleBigPlanet / PlayStation Internship?
September 25, 2012 | Madagasca | 2 CommentsSony Computer Entertainment UK has today revealed details of a search for PlayStation’s next intern – sure to be sought-after by anyone looking to gain experience in the gaming industry. The month-long position, hosted by Swedish Studio Tarsier, will be awarded to the applicant who can create the best mini-game using upcoming PlayStation Vita title, LittleBigPlanetâ„¢.
Sackboy’s first PS Vita adventure will be let loose on September 19th. Once the game is launched, would-be interns will have one month to get to grips with the all-new minigame creation feature and submit their efforts for consideration.
To test and review each entry, PlayStation has assembled a crack team of portable gaming aficionados from across Europe. These PlayStation Judges will put each minigame through its paces before selecting a top five from each country. The final decision will then be handed over to the team at Tarsier – the studio behind LittleBigPlanetâ„¢ (PlayStation Vita) to choose the overall winner. Submissions will be judged on gameplay, originality, and commercial appeal.

The colors, which are referred to as Cosmic Blue and Sapphire Red, are the latest additions to their vastly growing PlayStation range. If you’ve been keeping an eye on the Tokyo Game Show, you’ll already know that Sony has already revealed their latest and slimmest PlayStation models – which are due to go on sale at the end of this month.
The technical specification of both colored Vitas hasn’t changed at all, as both models are exactly the same spec as the original PlayStation Vita, which was launched back in February of this year.
