August 15, 2012 | | 13 Comments

Gamers are always looking to enhance the way they play games, whether it be on their PC with multiple screens or on their consoles, using state-of-the-art wireless gaming headsets. If you’re an avid gamer like me then you’ve probably at somepoint during your gaming life considered buying a gaming chair.

I have now had the pleasure of playing with the latest gaming chair on the retail market – the 4Gamers Interactive Gaming Chair.

I first had the opportunity to test out a prototype of the 4Gamers Interactive Gaming Chair during my visit to their offices back in January 2012. Needless to say, I was impressed. A few months down the line, back in July, I was offered another opportunity to play with the Interactive Gaming Chair, I just couldn’t turn an opportunity like this down. After spending some quality time with this newly launched product, I have collected my thoughts below on whether it really is something special.

March 9, 2012 | | 9 Comments

If you’ve got a PS3, or even a PlayStation Vita then no doubt you’ve been kitting it out with many a game and accessory to make sure your console looks the part.

Accessories are an important part of a console’s lifecycle – they help you to ensure it lasts longer due to the protection kits that are available to buy, and to get the best experience from them due to the headsets, controllers etc you can buy for the games that you play.

If you’re into your accessories, then you have a perfect opportunity to have your say on how to improve on a current product or even how products end up before they go into mass production and ahead of them being available to the general public to buy.

How? We’ll get to that in a second.

We Introduce To You, 4Gamers

February 13, 2012 | | 12 Comments

Before I begin, I’d just like to briefly introduce 4Gamers – a UK based PlayStation Approved accessory brand.

4Gamers have been developing quality console accessories for over 6 years, and have since established themselves as a quality brand whose products can be found in every gaming establishment, supermarkets and online stores within the UK.

4Gamers are an Official PlayStation Approved Accessory developer, so you can have the peace of mind that you are buying a product which has been carefully designed and pieced together, and has met the seal of approval from the big cheeses within the Sony corporation.

Their products range from affordable PS3 and the more recent PS Vita cases to headsets and packaged kits which appeal to the more prominent gamer. Currently their products are not available in the US, however this is about to change very soon!

I was recently invited to the 4Gamers UKHQ to see their products first hand, and I’m still wondering how I can share with you everything that I saw and had the opportunity to play with.

The PS Vita Rooms Party

January 26, 2012 | | 7 Comments

Last week, I was invited to an exclusive PS Vita Rooms Party here in the UK, and to be honest, it’s taken me all this time to digest everything to do with the event.

The PS Vita Rooms Party took place on Tuesday, 17th of January at 63 Deansgate – a highly popular stretch of road situated bang smack in the heart of Manchester, the city belonging to two of the world’s most admired football/soccer teams: Manchester City and Manchester United.

With the location guaranteeing maximum exposure for the PS Vita events in the North West of England, thousands of gamers filtered through the doors over 7 days to catch a glimpse of the console that has caused a stir over recent months.

With the event consisting of approximately 30-35 playable PS Vitas on two floors, approximately 10+ ‘launch day’ games on display, a DJ, free food & drinks, developers, and exclusive PS Vita accessories being showcased – you knew that this party was the place to be!
